The Göriacher Alm is at 1640 m above sea level. A small alpine village made up of huts that belong to the farmers in the valley. Cattle have always been raised here. And not only the cattle enjoyed the well-deserved summer freshness, the lush mountain grass with the many herbs and the silence, also for the farmers it is still a place of contemplation next to the hard work.

...and so Sabine and Alfred Pucher, from Fastin in Göriach, also have a hut up here. With a lot of love and passion, they have run the hut as an inn for years. Today they pass this on to their guests. The hut is now available to holidaymakers who want to enjoy the quiet, the gentle mountain meadows, the unique view and life on the alp.

Sabine and Alfred are always on hand with help and advice. You can also buy a snack with specialties such as Carinthian bacon, Carinthian prosciutto, venison sausages and more directly from Sabine am Hof in Göriach.
The alpine hut ...
is suitable for up to eight people. On the ground floor there is a large eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove and two large tables. There is also a large room here that is perfect for storing hiking gear, toys and more. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin and a separate toilet.

The three separate bedrooms are on the upper floor of the hut: a double room with a sofa bed, a double room with a double bed and a room with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. The beds are already made, tea towels and towels are also available. Cot, high chair and walking school can also be provided.

There is a kitchen/living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with all eating and cooking utensils as well as glasses and mugs. A filter coffee machine and a refrigerator - both solar powered - complete the kitchen.

The cottage is solar powered.
A fenced parking lot protects your car from grazing cattle.
The Göriacher Alm ...
lies in the foothills of the Hohe Tauern, high above the Lurnfeld. Surrounded by lush meadows, grazing cows and light forests, the hut is located with a wonderful view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountain landscape. Countless hiking trails lead from the Alm into the Hohe Tauern.

And if you don't go hiking, then the sun terrace right next to the hut invites you to enjoy the moment.
